Né dans la riche nature d'Iga-Aoyama, ce Masahide est un Junmai Ginjo élaboré en puisant dans les forces mystérieuses de la nature. Des bactéries lactiques sauvages sont intégrées dans la kura et le sake-mère est développé sur une longue période. Il en résulte un sake au parfum envoûtant, à la saveur douce, riche et profonde. Se déguste aussi bien froid que chaud.
