Namachozoshu Sansui est un honjozo nama-chozo d'Oimatsu Shuzo dans la préfecture d'Oita, conservé non pasteurisé dans des conditions froides avant un seul traitement thermique lors de la mise en bouteille. Le nom Sansui, qui signifie «eau de montagne», reflète la pristine eau de source du centre de Kyushu utilisée lors de la fermentation.
