Miyakanbai Junmai Daiginjo 40 % Murokajikagumi de Kanbai Syuzo à Miyagi est élaboré à partir de riz poli à 40 % et mis en bouteille sous forme de tirage direct non filtré (muroka jikagumi), contournant la filtration au charbon de bois et le transfert en cuve pour préserver chaque nuance de la fermentation. Cette approche conserve la couleur naturelle du sake, sa texture et sa pleine complexité aromatique, donnant un daiginjo plus expressif et plus développé.
