La brasserie Hayashi de Mino Tengu et Mikoshi est située dans les montagnes de Hazaki, à l'est de la ville de Kani, préfecture de Gifu. Il y a 348 ans (1612), Ihei Hayashi possédait de vastes forêts et champs dans le village de Hiramaki, Mino Kuni (aujourd'hui Kani, Gifu). En 1874, Ihei Yabayashi a ouvert l'activité de brassage, et depuis lors, le sake 'Fujiko' est apprécié dans la région.
