Le Masuizumi Junmai Daiginjo Special est un sake affiné en fût de chêne ayant servi au vin blanc, puis vieilli pendant environ six mois avant d'être mis en bouteille de vin. Les arômes et les saveurs somptueuses et raffinées propres au ginjo se fondent avec les influences du vieillissement en fût, donnant naissance à une expression épaisse, complexe et mystérieuse.
