Sake de table Joshen brassé avec du riz Omachi poli à 70 % dans la plus ancienne brasserie d'Okayama, fondée en 1688 et utilisant la célèbre eau de source Omachi Reisen, inscrite parmi les 100 eaux célèbres du Japon. Les expressions haut de gamme de cette kura utilisent exclusivement de l'Omachi cultivé localement à Akaiwa, connu pour son umami riche et profond.
