Ce junmai daiginjo est elabore avec du Yamada Nishiki et l'eau naturelle Shirakiku, l'une des eaux fameux de Fushimi. Avec un SMV de +4, il est sec, mais l'eau Shirakiku lui confere une douceur propre et elegante. L'alliance entre la vivacite et la douceur en fait un sake particulierement adapte a la cuisine de Kyoto.
