Brassé avec l'ajout d'une petite quantité d'alcool distillé pour rehausser les arômes et apporter une finale nette, il tire parti de l'eau douce de la chaîne Ishizuchi, qui caractérise le style brassicole d'Ehime, lisse et propice à l'accompagnement des repas.
