Ogatakoan est un sake de grade ginjo produit par Ogata Shuzo dans la préfecture d'Ehime. La tradition brassicole d'Ehime est reconnue pour l'utilisation des eaux souterraines douces de la chaîne de montagnes Ishizuchi, donnant naissance à des sakes doux et soyeux, souvent décrits comme l'«Iyo no onnazake» (le sake féminin d'Iyo).
