Description
Honjozo genshu d'une brasserie de Hyogo située à Yabu, brassé avec du Yamada Nishiki cultivé selon la méthode d'agriculture naturelle Shomei, qui interdit pesticides, engrais chimiques et même engrais organiques. Le pressurage non dilué donne un honjozo corsé au caractère concentré, issu d'un riz à fermentation lente cultivé naturellement.
