Description

Ena Jozo, fondée en 1818 dans la ville montagneuse de Nakatsugawa, à Gifu, brasse Esejiman (Fierté d'Ena) en utilisant du riz Hidahomare, la variété sake native de la préfecture cultivée conjointement par la brasserie et les agriculteurs locaux. L'eau de source douce qui descend naturellement du mont Futsumori dans la brasserie sans pompes produit un honjozo propre et facile à boire, reflet de plus de deux siècles de tradition brassicole de montagne à Gifu.
