The sake, which was born in the study, named him "Masayuki" to the local manditrd Masayuki, a local manditrine who lived honestly, even against the times. After a century, we are aiming for a sake that does not get tired of drinking, with the five flavors of sweet, spicy, bitter, astringency, and acid in harmony with the elegant and refreshing incense.
