El arroz Akimasari pulido al 65 % forma la base de este tokusen honjozo de una destilería fundada en 1867 en Kawajiri, Kumamoto. Elaborado con levadura Kumamoto propia y agua subterránea suave extraída en el lugar, el sake refleja la larga reputación de la destilería por los sake secos con profundidad, ofreciendo un carácter compuesto y equilibrado adecuado para el maridaje con alimentos.
