Yatagarasu Sakurakobojikomi Junmai Taruzake es un junmai envejecido en cedro, elaborado con un iniciador de levadura asociado a las flores de cerezo, que conecta profundamente el sake con la famosa cultura sakura de Nara. La combinación del carácter floral y afrutado de la levadura con el envejecimiento en barrica de cedro Yoshino crea un perfil complejo y distintivo. Este junmai taruzake tiende un puente entre los aromas botánicos de las flores primaverales y la fragancia cálida y especiada de la madera de cedro.
