Description

Nombrado en honor al histórico castillo de Tsuyama en la prefectura de Okayama, este sake es producido por una cervecería fundada en 1889 que extrae su agua del subsuelo del santuario Nakayama. La cervecería utiliza exclusivamente arroz cultivado en Okayama para todas sus expresiones, manteniendo los métodos de elaboración tradicionales de los Bichuu-toji.
