Tsukinoi Honjouzou Namatyozousyu de KK Tsukinoishuzouten en Ibaraki es un namazake almacenado y madurado bajo refrigeración sin pasteurización, una técnica llamada namachozo que preserva la frescura a la vez que permite una maduración gradual. La base honjozo, con su adición de alcohol de cervecero, ofrece una estructura ligera y limpia que se beneficia del desarrollo matizado aportado por el envejecimiento en conservación en frío.
