Tokubetsu Honjozo Kazenobon mezcla arroz Yamada Nishiki y Ten Takaku en un tokubetsu honjozo orientado a los alimentos de Fukutsuru Shuzo en Yatsuo. Fundada en 1848, el dominio de la tradición cervecera de Toyama por parte de la destilería transforma estas dos variedades de arroz en un sake limpio y versátil con un final ligero y ligeramente seco.
