Suifujiman Jugo Junmai Daiginjo Genshu es un daiginjo de arroz puro sin diluir de Meiri Shurui en Mito, Ibaraki. Embotellado sin adición de agua, este genshu expresa la plena intensidad de los aromas afrutados y el perfil de sabores concentrado del daiginjo, realzados por las cepas de levadura premiadas de Meiri. Un sake poderoso y a la vez elegante, que se disfruta mejor muy frío en copa de vino.
