
Description
El Tokubetsu Junmai es muy bueno solo, caliente o frío. Calentado o servido a temperatura ambiente, marida bien con platos suavemente sazonados y sabrosos como la quiche de champiñones, la anguila a la plancha (sin salsa), la sopa miso y el pollo asado. A temperatura ambiente, armoniza bien con el queso azul y los quesos blancos de sabor moderado y curados como el cheddar y el gruyère. Servido frío, este sake complementa alimentos sabrosos delicados, pechuga de pollo a la plancha, gouda de oveja, gruyère joven y quesos muy cremosos y suaves como el Brillat Savarin.
