Elaborado al 100% con 'Hitogokochi' cultivado en las terrazas de arroz Inakura Tanada en la ciudad de Ueda, Shinshu. Las terrazas de Inakura a gran altitud gozan de una larga exposición solar, lo que permite cosechar arroz sake secado al sol con granos grandes, ideal para la elaboración. La fermentación lenta a baja temperatura produce un sake de sabor delicado.
