Este daiginjo se elabora con Yamada Nishiki pulido al 62 %, elaborado con el agua subterránea de los picos sagrados de Ichikikushikino, prefectura de Kagoshima. El aroma recuerda a la manzana verde y la piña, con un final vivo y refrescante de matices ligeramente dulces.
