Producido en Yagawa Shuzo en Miyoshi, prefectura de Tokushima, junto al río Umaji, afluente del río Yoshino, este honjozo está pulido al 70% y elaborado en un estilo limpio y seco. Ligero en nariz, revela en boca una dulzura transparente que mantiene el final vivo y nunca cansado.
