Nombrado por la formación rocosa Sanbaseki, un destacado accidente natural en Fujioka, Gunma, este sake se produce en la Tajima Shuzoten, cuya marca fue revivida por la Matsuya Brewery en 2022. Elaborado con arroz doméstico pulido al 60 %, el estilo directo refleja la cultura tradicional del sake cotidiano de las estribaciones de Kanto. Una suave dulzura da paso a un final seco y limpio.
