Tokubetsu honjozo comercializado como sake estacional hiyaoroshi, prensado en primavera y almacenado durante el verano en la destilería antes de su lanzamiento en otoño. Elaborado en Morioka, Iwate, con arroz Iwatekko local pulido al 55 %, desarrolla un carácter redondeado y suave gracias a la maduración prolongada.
