Pulido al 60 %, este ginjo genshu de Okunomatsu en Fukushima se embotella sin adición de agua como nama-chozo, almacenado sin pasteurizar y pasteurizado solo una vez antes de su lanzamiento, preservando aromas frescos junto a un contenido alcohólico elevado. La destilería lo describe como de rico y claro aroma Ginjo con un final suave y buen equilibrio.
