El Yamada Nishiki de la prefectura de Hyogo, pulido al 40%, forma la base de este daiginjo genshu, fermentado a bajas temperaturas durante un período prolongado para desarrollar un aroma ginjo elegante junto con un sabor refinado, riqueza y una claridad fresca y limpia. Embotellado sin diluir como genshu, ofrece una presencia más plena en el paladar manteniendo la precisión característica de los sakes de primer nivel de Saitama.
