Elaborado con una relación de pulido del 70% y el agua subterránea suave de la región de Ogose en Saitama, este sake de estilo honjozo de la histórica línea Ogose Bairin apunta a un aroma moderado y discreto, un rico sabor a arroz y un final limpio y persistente que invita al siguiente vaso. Nombrado por una de las tres grandes arboledas de ciruelos del Kanto, refleja la filosofía de la destilería de elaborar un sake que complementa una comida sin dominarla jamás.
