MANGO DOBUROKU - Elaborado con el 100 % de mangos frescos. Nuestro equipo pasó horas pelando mangos, cortando la pulpa del hueso y triturándola. El resultado es un doburoku que huele y sabe a mangos recién cortados. Nos recuerda a un lassi de mango menos dulce, y casi se podría dudar de la presencia del alcohol, pero tras acabar una botella, nuestro elaborador confirma que está presente.
