Description
Brewed in the Nanbu style using Gineboshi rice, a variety developed specifically for Aomori's climate, this junmai daiginjo has a medium body and 16 percent ABV. Aromas of musk melon, white nectarine, and stone fruit lead into a palate with blueberry and mango notes, umami richness, and a clean, clear finish.
