La serie MK destaca el koji blanco y una acidez dulce. MK-Y es la abreviatura de MansakuKoBoProjectY, un sake que desafía un perfil de sabor completamente diferente. Contiene koji blanco, un koji para el shochu, combinado con levaduras cultivadas en los propios edificios de la bodega. El arroz utilizado es Hinomaru, la materia prima propia de la bodega. Presenta un umami complejo en el trasfondo de una acidez transparente. Es especialmente delicioso servido bien frío. Un sabor exquisito donde el koji blanco, el ácido cítrico y una acidez compleja se fusionan armoniosamente.
