Además, como el proceso de elaboración sigue la misma postura y proceso que para el Daiginjo, la calidad es muy superior a su precio. Un sake cuyo arroz se pule hasta el 60% del estándar Ginjo, ofreciendo una boca rica y refrescante que acompaña cualquier plato.
