Es un junmai con aromas serenos pero delicados, con un exquisito equilibrio entre acidez y carácter seco. El arroz se pule hasta el 60%, el estándar Junmai Ginjo, y fermenta cuidadosamente a baja temperatura como un Daiginjo, lo que permite apreciar un sabor bello y refinado. Su textura fina y suave en boca realza aún más el sabor de los platos. Un sake semiseco, suave y elegante, con acidez tierna y umami refinado, pulido hasta el 60% del estándar Ginjo.
