Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjonamagenshu Sososhu es un junmai ginjo no pasteurizado (nama) y sin diluir (genshu) de Hinomaru Jozo en Yokote, Akita, diseñado en un estilo sososhu adecuado para compartir. Embotellado fresco sin pasteurización ni dilución, conserva una calidad viva y ligeramente efervescente con aromas ginjo intensos, acidez limpia y un carácter de arroz bien expresado a la fuerza natural de fermentación. El formato sososhu lo convierte en una expresión sociable y fácil de beber del estilo nama genshu de Mansaku no Hana.
