Este es el seme de la serie 'arabashiri, nakagumi, seme', dividida según el momento del prensado del Junmai Ginjo elaborado cuidadosamente en pequeñas cantidades en un tanque tradicional (fune). Es una de las pocas series populares que permite comparar el mismo alcohol. Cuando los sacos se agotan, se sustituyen y se aplica presión adicional. Este proceso se denomina seme. El sake resultante es más alcohólico y seco, y casi nunca está disponible en el mercado.
