Mansakunohana Junmai Ginjo es el junmai ginjo de arroz puro central de Hinomaru Jozo en Yokote, Akita, elaborado con arroz de sake cultivado en Akita, incluido el Akita Sake Komachi, y fermentado con la levadura de la destilería a bajas temperaturas. El agua subterránea suave de la cordillera Kurikoma favorece una fermentación limpia y delicada que produce un sake equilibrado con suave aroma ginjo, acidez refrescante y un final liso y orientado al arroz. Es ampliamente reconocido como una de las expresiones más fiables del estilo Mansaku no Hana.
