El Omachi, origen del romance del arroz de sake, tiene un encanto insustituible. A primera vista, este sake da una impresión clara, pero es un sake denso donde la espesura en el final y el aroma se perciben de nuevo. Junmai Daiginjo elaborado con Omachi pulido al 45 %. Se puede apreciar el sabor en capas.
