Se trata de una etiqueta dorada con tortuga, más rara que la habitual. Tiene un aroma espléndido como el de un sake fresco y un sabor refrescante, transparente y vigorizante. Al fondo del paladar, se perciben la acidez y el umami característicos del Kame-no-o. El arroz Kame-no-o es producido por nuestro maestro cervecero. Junmai Daiginjo elaborado con Kame-no-o pulido al 45 %. La frescura y transparencia del cuerpo, así como la profundidad de la acidez y el umami, son propias del Kame-no-o.
