Se trata de un Junmai Daiginjo elaborado con Yamada Nishiki, Ho Yamada y Watari 2, que sale al mercado tras un período de maduración de aproximadamente un año. La levadura utilizada es la AK-1, con un aroma ginjo moderado, pero no demasiado ligero gracias al envejecimiento, y un sabor que transmite la profundidad de la historia del arroz de sake. Un Junmai Daiginjo bien equilibrado tras aproximadamente un año de maduración.
