Mansakunohana Junmai Daiginjo Ichidohiiregenshu Diamond Drop es un junmai daiginjo pasteurizado una vez y sin diluir (genshu) de Hinomaru Jozo en Yokote, Akita. Elaborado con Yamada Nishiki para el arroz koji y Akita Sake Komachi para el arroz principal, ambos pulidos a aproximadamente 45-50 %, y embotellado sin adición de agua a la graduación natural genshu, ofrece aromas concentrados y afrutados, un paladar rico y complejo, y un final largo y limpio. La pasteurización única conserva una vivacidad raramente encontrada en los daiginjo a graduación genshu.
