Nombrado por el cabo Kyogamisaki en la punta norte de la península de Kyotango, este sake es elaborado por una de las pocas bodegas que mantienen la producción bajo la dirección del toji en esta región costera del norte de Kioto. La bodega utiliza agua de manantial de su propio terreno.
