Description

Producido en Kyotango, en el norte de la prefectura de Kioto, por una bodega fundada en la era Enkyo (1744), este sake se nutre del agua del manantial del río Ugawa y utiliza el Gohyakumangoku como arroz principal. El linaje de los toji de la bodega se remonta a la tradición artesanal del sake de Tango.
