El arroz Reihou pulido al 70 % forma la base de este sake de la Senryu Shuzo en Nagasaki, donde el agua de manantial de mineralidad suave de la península de Kitamatsuura ha sido el pilar del brassage desde la fundación de la kura en 1688. La variedad Reihou, habitual en la elaboración de Kyushu, aporta un carácter arrocero limpio a este nivel de pulido cotidiano.
