Kichiju Honjozogenshu es un honjozo sin diluir de Yoshizaki Shuzo, fundada en 1624 en Kimitsu, Chiba, prensado con un pulido del 70 % y embotellado sin adición de agua. El embotellado como genshu preserva la concentración natural de alcohol y sabores del mosto, otorgándole más cuerpo que un honjozo estándar.
