Procedente de la cervecería Ryoban Shuzo en Iwate, este ginjo se elabora exclusivamente con ingredientes de Iwate, usando el arroz para sake Gin-ginga de la prefectura, fermentado a bajas temperaturas durante un largo período para desarrollar un aroma gracioso. La categoría ginjo de la cervecería ha recibido medallas de oro en el Concurso Nacional de Nuevo Sake en tres años consecutivos, de Heisei 24 a 26.
