Description

Producido en una pequeña destilería de Fukuoka fundada en 1877, este tokubetsu junmai se elabora con agua suave extraída de la cordillera Fukutoshi y fermentación lenta a baja temperatura. La mezcla de Yamada Nishiki y Yume Ikken de la destilería, ambos pulidos al 60 % y procesados con koji a alta temperatura, produce un sake con un umami de arroz pronunciado y un final limpio y persistente.
