Un namagenshu junmai (sin pasteurizar, sin diluir) del primer prensado, elaborado con Sasanishiki de cultivo por contrato Tamaniwa pulido al 60 % y lanzado como shiboritate invernal. La naturaleza sin filtrar y sin diluir aporta una presencia de arroz rica y plena con la frescura viva del sake recién prensado.
