Karakuchi junmai namacho-zoshu de Ota Daita Shuzo en Mie, elaborado con aguas subterráneas del sistema montañoso Nunobiki y con arroz y levadura de la prefectura de Mie. La conservación en frío como namacho preserva la frescura mientras permite que el sake madure hacia un carácter limpio y seco.
