Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu Kitchonougi, nombrado en honor a un abanico auspicioso (ougi) que simboliza la buena fortuna, es un ginjo de arroz puro sin pasteurizar (nama) y sin diluir (genshu) de Koshinohana Shuzo en Niigata. La combinación del tratamiento nama y genshu produce un sake con sabores intensos y frescos, además de un contenido natural de alcohol más elevado, embotellado sin dilución ni tratamiento térmico.
