Harada Junmai Daiginjo Muroka Nama Genshu es elaborado por Hatsumomiji (antes Sumikawa Shuzo) en la prefectura de Yamaguchi utilizando arroz Yamadanishiki pulido al 50 %. Embotellado sin filtrar y sin pasteurizar como genshu, ofrece ricos aromas frutales y ginjo junto a una acidez vibrante y una dulzura del arroz de cuerpo pleno que refleja el renacimiento de la bodega tras una pausa de 20 años.
