Un daiginjo envejecido entre tres y cinco años en la bodega de baja temperatura de la destilería, ubicada en la región Chikugo de Fukuoka, elaborado con Yamada Nishiki pulido al 40 %. El envejecimiento prolongado redondea el sabor en un carácter suave y equilibrado, que funciona igual de bien frío, a temperatura ambiente o ligeramente calentado.
